libicu52 software package provides International Components for Unicode, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libicu52
libicu52 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libicu52 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libicu52 *
You will get with libicu52 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
